A Family Affair.
In 1971, B.D.J Menard founded its first welding workshop. As the time goes, the company is constantly growing and has made its reputation as a excellence service in the welding industry.
It is in 1971 that Jean-Pierre Menard starts is company which is working in the fabrication, agricultural equipments maintenance and cars mechanics. He built a workshop which he extend at many time along the years. It is in 1998 that Benoit and Dominic Menard bought shares and splits the direction with their father.
The new shareholders implication enables the company to grow its expertise based on quality and the satisfaction of the customers. Because of our quality of work, the word to mouth publicity as contributed in the last 50 years to grow our customer base.

Along the time the third Menard generation has started to join the company. This is how Sebastien (2008), Etienne (2012) and graduated in mechanical engineering in 2020, are bringing new ideas and innovation in order to stay leaders in their industry.
In order to continue to grow the share holders are always proactive and decided 4 years ago to start procedures for expansion Two neighboring lands were bought for the expansion of the main building and the addition of a new building for storage.
Today, we can count on the passion and expertise of fifteen member in our team to offer an excellent service.
